Leedor Agam, Chief Executive Officer

Leedor Agam serves as Archon Technologies CEO responsible for the company’s overall strategy and operations. With more then 20 years experience in the high-tech industry, Leedor has held high-profile executive management positions in leading technology companies. Leedor previously served as Vice President of Corporate Business Development and Vice President of  Authentication Business Unit at Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ: ALDN). At Aladdin, his responsibilities also included managing the company’s entire patent portfolio, dealing with patent strategy, management, licensing and litigation. Prior to that, Leedor held several executive positions at Algorithmic Research (AR/Cylink), focusing on Business Development and Marketing. Over the years Leedor has gained extensive experience in general management, business development, mergers & acquisitions, technology acquisition, product management, marketing, patent & IP management, business intelligence, corporate strategy, global channel management and sales. Leedor received an EMBA from City University Business School in London, an EMBA (GMP) from Harvard Business School in Boston, and a Technology Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management from SCE Tel Aviv.

Dr. Ayal Shenhav, Advisory Board

Dr. Ayal Shenhav is one of Israel’s leading experts in taxation and finance law representing many of Israel’s leading venture capital and private equity funds, advising them on commercial, legal, M&A, tax efficient structuring and operations. Dr. Shenhav obtained dozens of advance tax rulings from the Israeli tax authorities. Dr. Shenhav practiced law at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, he also served as Vice Dean of the Radziner School of Law at the Inter-Disciplinary Center for the Studies of Business, Law and Technology. He was a senior partner at Danziger Klagsbald & Co., Law Offices. Dr. Shenhav is Adjunct Professor at the Tel Aviv University, Bar Ilan University and the Inter-Disciplinary Center for the Studies of Business, Law and Technology. Dr. Shenhav has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1991 and was admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 1992. He received his LL.B., magna cum laude, from the Tel Aviv University (1990), and his LL.M. (1992) and Doctorate of Juridical Science (JSD) from the New York University School of Law.

Dr. Amir Guttman, Advisory Board

Dr. Amir GuttmanDr. Amir Guttman is a member of Archon Technologies Advisory Board bringing wealth of business and financial experience. Dr. Amir Guttman bringing wealth of business and financial experience. Amir is the Manager and Founder of Aviv Venture Capital where he serves on the boards of directors of many Technology companies. Prior to founding Aviv, Amir served for 6 years as member of the senior management of Discount Investments Corp. (DIC). He initiated and executed a wide variety of investments, business development and M&A activities, private placements in start-up and mature companies, as well as taking responsibility for Investor Relations. Amir led an early-stage investment in Given Imaging (NASDAQ: GIVN) and served on its board. Previously Amir served as a senior associate at the consulting practice of Coopers & Lybrand in San Francisco, where he was part of a select team offering financial, advisory and analytical services for M&As, capital sourcing and corporate valuations. Amir earned his Ph.D. and Masters Degrees in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, California. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Tel Aviv University. Amir is an adjunct Professor at the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration, Tel Aviv University. He serves as an elected member of the board of directors of the Israel Venture Association, and is a past member of the investment committee of Capital Berger Mutual Funds Ltd.
